Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with your teammates, maintaining open communication during busy shifts to ensure seamless service. Keep the dining area clean and organized, supporting a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff. Handle guest payments and manage the cash drawer with accuracy and attention to detail. Stay up-to-date with menu items and specials, using your expertise to enhance the guest experience. What You Bring 1+ years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar. Strong communication skills and confidence when engaging with guests. A guest-focused mindset and passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Calm under pressure with quick problem-solving skills. A genuine love for hospitality and connecting with people.
