WHAT YOU’LL DO * Take care of guests from arrival to departure, offering a warm welcome and responding proactively to their needs * Escort guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and coordinate the seating plan to ensure smooth service flow * Collaborate closely with the service team to deliver a seamless dining experience * Assist with setting up dining areas, meetings, and banquet spaces * Support service as needed, including setup, clearing, and organizing * Maintain cleanliness, stocking, and proper storage of equipment * Follow all applicable standards and regulations, including those related to beverage service WHAT YOU’LL BRING * High school diploma or equivalent experience * Previous restaurant experience (an asset) * Ability to provide warm, professional customer service in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure * Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and versatility * Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods * Strong communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written), due to interactions with English-speaking guests and colleagues across Canada WHAT WE OFFER * Passionate about travel?
