You will Offer a variety of pastries at the buffet or by the plate, particularly in the bistronomic restaurant, while personalizing customer relations Assist the pastry chef in his or her various tasks Check buffet set-up, presentation and replenishment (600 to 1000 covers per service) Manage a team of 1 to 2 commis pastry chefs Ensure quality of service, compliance with Club Med health and safety regulations, and upkeep of the property.
