You will Take advantage of professional quality equipment and innovations to ensure working comfort and greater autonomy Monitor the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, and report any malfunctions to the maintenance department Anticipate and respond to different customer requirements and needs (600 to 1500 customers) Manage a maintenance team of 30 to 50 employees Monitor stock levels, identify supply needs and draw up orders Check that work is carried out to Club Med's high quality standards Be familiar with the resort and work closely with the relevant departments (reception, laundry, catering, etc.). Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of the property.
