You will Benefit from professional quality equipment and innovations to ensure working comfort and greater autonomy Be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the resort (600 to 1500 guests) Monitor the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, and report any malfunctions to the maintenance department. Know the resort inside out and work closely with the relevant departments (reception, laundry, catering). Manage a team of maintenance staff (30 to 50 employees) Anticipate and respond to different customer needs and requirements Schedule floor staff according to room occupancy Monitor stock levels, identify supply requirements and place orders with the stock and supply manager. Check that work is carried out to Club Med's high quality standards. Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of the property.
