Windsor Regional Hospital is one of the largest hospitals in the Province of Ontario, serving a population of 400,000 people in Windsor and Essex County. It is the regional provider of advanced care in areas that include Complex Trauma, Renal Dialysis, Cardiac Care, Stroke and Neurosurgery, Intensive Care, Acute Mental Health, Family Birthing Centre, Neonatal Intensive Care, Paediatric Services, Regional Cancer services and a broad range of medical and surgical services required to support these specialized areas. Through a major initiative involving the two hospitals in Windsor, a realignment of programs and services was achieved on October 1, 2013, when Windsor Regional Hospital became responsible for the governance, management and operations of the Ouellette Campus (previously Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital along with continuing its responsibility for the Metropolitan Campus. The ultimate vision is to design and construct a new state-of-the-art acute hospital healthcare facility serving the needs of Windsor-Essex for generations to come. Providing Acute Care Services with 650 plus beds and an operating budget of half of a billion dollars, Windsor Regional Hospital is one of the largest community based non-academic hospitals in the Province of Ontario.

Supervise and coordinate frontline staff across housekeeping, patient transportation, retail services, and other guest services functions, including scheduling, assigning work, and adjusting staffing to support patient flow. Ensure service quality, patient satisfaction, safety, and compliance with infection prevention standards while coaching staff, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement.

Supervise and coordinate Environmental Services, Patient Transportation, Retail Services, and other Guest Services staff, including scheduling, assigning work, and dispatching service requests. Ensure patient-focused service, safety, cleanliness, IPAC compliance, effective patient flow, and departmental standards while coaching staff and resolving operational and patient satisfaction issues.

Provide quality service at the hospital's main lobby kiosk while meeting brand partner standards, serving coffee, and handling cash. Follow hospital occupational health and safety standards and help maintain a safe work environment.
