Lead and coordinate a team responsible for cleaning, preventive maintenance, and physical upkeep of a school building, while ensuring the building, equipment, and maintenance tools remain in good condition. Inspect building systems, arrange repairs, manage supplies and inventory, maintain safety and security, and oversee work performed by team members and contractors.
