Lead daily kitchen operations and service while developing seasonal menus and delivering fine-dining, restaurant, wedding, catering, and event programs. Train and mentor the culinary team, manage purchasing, inventory, food costs, scheduling, and labour, and progressively assume responsibilities toward becoming Executive Chef.
