Coordinate special events and client requests, resolve guest concerns, manage cash and tip reconciliation, review invoices, and liaise with restaurant leadership and head office.

Lead daily restaurant operations and deliver a polished, high-quality guest experience, including service execution, team development, reservations, and coordination with the kitchen. Own the restaurant’s financial performance, sales forecasts, cost controls, staffing, beverage programs, brand standards, and asset maintenance.
