The Chef is responsible for planning, preparing, and serving three daily meals for staff and third-party personnel at remote Arctic sites. Duties include managing inventory, adhering to dietary restrictions, and maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.

The Chef Apprentice will receive training to assist with culinary services, primarily involving helping plan menus, preparing, and serving three daily buffet meals in accordance with cycle menus. Major duties include preparing baked goods, managing food allergies, ensuring kitchen sanitization, and providing service across various remote sites.
