As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? * Hourly wage of $20.47 * We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy * Flexible schedules with various shifts available * Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld * Uniform provided at no cost * Location: M3C 2H4 * Full-Time Schedule: Sat & Sun: 12am-12pm and Mon & Tues 4pm-12am RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CONCIERGE SECURITY GUARD * Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors * Manage access control * Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks * Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs * Perform computer tasks * Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams * Write incident reports and communicate security concerns * Answer questions in person or by phone QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONCIERGE SECURITY GUARD * Be authorized to work in Canada * Hold a valid Ontario security license * WSIB approved First aid certification * Exceptional customer service skills * Proficient in basic phone & computer skills * Minimum 1 year of previous security experience required * Must be comfortable with administrative and computer tasks This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization.

Requirements
