JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a cheerful personality that will energize others
Must demonstrate great communication skills
Must adhere to brand standards, food safety and health and safety policies
Use operational experience, good judgement and knowledge of Brand procedures to handle any concerns that may arise
Able to work under pressure and at a fast pace
Excellent ability to multi-task and coordinate others
Must be inspirational/motivational to develop Associates through coaching, training and one on one discussions
