JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a cheerful personality that will energize others

• Must demonstrate great communication skills

• Must adhere to brand standards, food safety and health and safety policies

• Use operational experience, good judgement and knowledge of Brand procedures to handle any concerns that may arise

• Able to work under pressure and at a fast pace

• Excellent ability to multi-task and coordinate others

• Must be inspirational/motivational to develop Associates through coaching, training and one on one discussions
