Bel Air Resorts Group is a vertically integrated real estate, development and hospitality company based out of Miami. We own and operate a portfolio of projects throughout the US, Canada and the Caribbean. We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager for Bel Air Tremblant, our 543 acre resort in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec.

About Bel Air Hotel Tremblant
Bel Air Resort is located 80 miles North of Montreal in Mont-Tremblant, the # 1 ski resort in Eastern North America. Mont Tremblant is in Quebec, Canada. Bel Air Resort spans over 100 acres and is one of the most innovative hospitality concepts in North America.  We defined our lodging units as “luxury glamping of the next generation”.

The resort currently operates 40 units which will accommodate up to 150 people. We have plans to increase the number of units to 90. We feature a variety of different Domes and Pods (small modern homes for 2 people) and modern chalets.  Our occupancy rates are amongst the highest in our region with high ADR’s.

Bel Air reception desk is located inside the 9,000 sf clubhouse which is at the heart of the property. The clubhouse includes a bistro, spa, fitness center and more. Outside there is a tennis & basketball court, pool, and Jacuzzi.  You will also find onsite a Japanese Restaurant, small grocery, activity center and a ranch with an animal farm located onsite

  • The ideal candidate should be experienced with a proven record as a successful General Manager in resort type hotels and have the following abilities and competences:
  • Understand all facets of this kind establishment
  • Be a charismatic leader with strong management abilities
  • Possess good “hiring abilities”
  • Be a problem solver
  • Be detailed oriented and a perfectionist
  • Able to provide superior service to our clientele
  • Mastering of PMS and channel managers
  • Understand financial management, financial projections, budgeting and reporting 
  • Full comprehension of yield revenue management techniques
  • Understanding marketing and social media 

A very strong hotel and successful experience is needed.  The General Manager will be responsible to maintain and enhance the profitability of our hotel.
It is a big plus if you have a significant diploma from a tourism hospitality school preferably in management.

The candidate should preferably speak French and English, 95% of our team speak English as well.

Candidates preferably should have their papers to work in Canada but in certain instances we may also entertain the idea to get working permits.

This is a full time job, we also offer onsite lodging.
