Overview: We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and talented Director of Operations Remote Sites with exceptional people skills to join our team.

• Manage client relations
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff
• Menu planning
• Ensure compliance with strict quality assurance, health & safety and environmental programs

• Post-secondary education with at least 5 years of foodservice or related management experience in an equivalent, high-volume retail food service environment. Experience managing a large team of associates and managers is a must.
• Experience in Remote sites
• Proven financial management skills, including ability to control product and labour costs and analyze information.
• Experience working with high volume operations with multiple food concepts.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills in French
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of any POS System is an asset
