Pinnacle Caterers provides catering for the executive suites at the Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field and Lake House at Budweiser Stage. Currently looking for Sous Chef to lead one kitchen for one of our Private Club. We are expanding and adding another club next season. Room for growth within our company or our sister company Harbour Sixty Steakhouse.
Position: Sous Chef
Reports to: Executive Chef and Director of Operations
Position Summary:
The Chef is primarily responsible for working at Scotiabank Arena during all events. You will be an active member in the production and execution of the Pinnacle Caterers menu, preparation of cold and warm food, scheduling and staffing, inventory and receiving, and any other task assigned by the Executive Chef.

Education requirements
Formal and / or informal training is required. Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
Ability to Time Manage , Organize , Ability to integrate as a team player ,
Experience requirementsProblem solving under stress , Understanding a recipe , Understanding a paring knife , test and thicken sauces , understand when oil is hot enough , how to make stock .

Salary 28.39 hourly / 40 hours per Week
Terms of employment - 3 years contract
