Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and align procurement strategies that enable with business strategy for assigned categories.
  • Negotiate and execute >$500m business tenders, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws/regulations and lead contractual conversations, liaising with cross functional teams (stakeholders) throughout the sourcing process
  • Consistently improve EBITDA and restaurant profitability through the following: develops financial models, analyzes business risks, and drives cost savings initiatives; enable new restaurant growth (NRG) and renovations via supply management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationship with suppliers and measure supplier's performance, identifying performance improvement initiatives and supporting corrective actions as required. Leads Bi-Annual Business reviews using data with up to 10 Suppliers.
  • Mentor, coach, develop, and lead the indirect procurement team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or Engineering preferred
  • Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as leadership capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills (researching, analyzing and interpreting data)
  • Ability to develops financial models to analyse deals and offers to determine viability and profitability
  • Sourcing strategy development and execution (RFP and negotiation)
  • Supplier Relationship Management
  • Desired experience: Food and Beverage Equipment, Equipment Maintenance Services, Fabrication and Construction
