Your primary function, with a focus on customer service, is to plan, organize, and deliver high-quality safe, and stimulating lessons for all levels of participants while being vigilant and ready to respond to any emergency.
You will keep current with industry trends and class format and complete administrative duties in a timely manner (e.g. attendance, incident/accident reports).
It is important to maintain a safe and tidy program space ensuring equipment is set up and stored appropriately; attend meetings and training as required; and report any concerns or issues to your supervisor.
Participate in all assigned mandatory staff training.
Certified by an accredited organization.
Six months of previous related experience.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Please note that applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
The hourly rate for this position will vary pending qualifications; however, will be within the range of $25.00 to $40.00.
Hours of work are dependent on the number of participants taking part in our programs, as such, there are no minimum hours associated with this position. The work schedule may include weekdays and weekend hours.
