The Spa Associate is the first contact for our Spa. That is a very important role. Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional. Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment are ideal as you are required to share the benefits of our membership program with each client every time to help them see that self-care is affordable and so important.
- Ideal past experience would be working at a gym or other membership driven environment
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and advanced skin care
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Display a positive, energetic attitude
- Be a team player
- Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills

Job Duties
- Outreach to clients who haven't been in recently
- Sell Memberships to new clients
- Warmly welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
- Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
- Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the front desk
