Essential Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of EOS Implementation, Training & Oversight. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities with precision and discretion. As the VP also oversees Human Resources, Policy Development, Corporate Administration, and Company Events, the Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination across these areas.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) initiatives and trainings.

Coordinate with HR, and other departments to support operational execution and internal communication.

Support policy documentation, implementation, and administrative compliance tracking.

Assist with planning and coordination of corporate events, team-building activities, and leadership meetings.

Help manage special projects, prepare reports, presentations, and maintain documentation in alignment with EOS and corporate standards.

Act as a liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Education, Skills & Experience:

Proven experience supporting senior-level executives, preferably in a corporate or multi-entity environment.

Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management or EOS tools (e.g. Ninety.io) is an asset.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems and anticipating needs.

Experience coordinating events or corporate functions is a plus.

Discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
