Job Description

Guest Services & Resort Fleet Manager

Showcase your leadership and interpersonal strengths as Guest Services & Resort Fleet Manager, where you will foster an engaged team, maximize operations and ensure exceptional guest service from the moment guests arrive!

Salary Range:

$70,000 to $75,000 per annum

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Guest Services department and ensure all service standards are followed
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas
  • Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings
  • Manage the departmental expenses and budget
  • Manage and preventatively maintain hotel vehicle fleet
  • Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspections
  • Ensure condition and cleanliness of vehicles at all times
  • Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Follow department policies, procedures and Forbes service standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role required
  • Previous department head experience required
  • University/College degree in a related discipline is an asset
  • Previous PMS experience required
  • Must possess a professional presentation
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
