Job Description

Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - Portobello

Exceptional service and flavours are the hallmarks of every dining experience. We invite you to develop your leadership strengths as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager for our Portobello venue and let your passion for guest service drive consistent guest satisfaction, an engaged team and outstanding operating results.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $69,680 per annum

Job Duties Include:

  • Assist in leading your departmental colleagues in Portobello: our coffee, sandwich, pastry & craft beer venue
  • Ensure food & beverage brand standards are maintained
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
  • Assist in achieving financial targets through maximizing revenue and managing expenses and productivity
  • Performance management of all restaurant colleagues through constant communication, training, development and follow-up

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years' leadership experience in food & beverage managing large teams
  • Experience in a coffee shop setting preferred
