What will your typical day look like?


As a Client Experience Professional you will be responsible for the front of house experience in the Victoria office, spending much of your time at Reception. You will work alongside the other operational professionals to ensure our office delivers to the needs of our staff and our clients. A day could include welcoming a large group of C-suite executives, liaising with security, working with the team to reconfigure furniture for a large event, booking and reviewing meeting and desk space, helping a team member understand a new process, or anything else that may come up!

About the team


You will be working in a tight knit team to deliver an elevated experience for our internal staff as well as the guests we welcome. You will collaborate with your Business Operations colleagues from across the country to help deliver on-site support to the practitioners based in the Victoria office.

You are someone who is:

  • Strong in customer service, process and procedures, hospitality and attention to detail.
  • Continuous improvement attitude; ability to suggest and implement best practices, strong and clear communication skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Comfortable working daily onsite in an office environment.
