Maintenance
- Performs routine maintenance and repair duties related to buildings and fitness equipment
- Performs basic mechanical and electrical to equipment and systems
- Performs basic drywall duties including boarding, mudding, taping and sanding
- Maintains the general physical appearance of the buildings and grounds which may include landscaping and snow clearing when required
- Completes general plumbing repairs, such as leaky taps, replaced and/or repair plugged toilets, drains, etc.
- Documents any repair maintenance and inspection work carried out in the specified format
- Completes all maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Class 5 driver's license and able to commute around Vancouver, Port Coquitlam and Langley as needed
- Electrical and plumbing experience is an asset
- A provincial, other vocational, and/or professional certificate/degree is an asset
- Able to perform physical duties, including able to lift up to 50 lbs
