Job Summary

The Photo Attendant will be responsible for assisting guests with any questions or concerns of the photo kiosk.

This is a full-time position from May to October

Essential Job Functions

• Greeting the guest and attending to their needs
• Building a loyal customer base
• Learning proper POS procedures
• Assist Guests on Photo purchases.
• Assist Guests on finding Photos on kiosks
• Shows Initiative and works well with others
• Awareness of loss prevention
• Keeping the kiosks clean and organized
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
• Ensure that all related activities are conducted in a safe manner through sound judgment and knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with Retail Sales when needed
• Assist in Restocking the Retail Store if needed

Required Qualifications and Abilities

• Customer Service experience an asset but not Required
• Superior interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
