Job Description:

The Bus Host is responsible for the transport and comfort of guests from Banff & Lake Louise hotels to the Lake Louise ski resort. Bus hosts will be required to ensure all guests have a valid bus pass or take payments for one way/round trip bus fares. The successful candidate will have proven customer service experience and understand the importance of providing an exceptional guest experience whilst travelling to and from the resort.

Please note: Staff accommodation is not available for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing morning bus numbers, take payments, load skis and snow board equipment on to the buses
  • Efficiently answer guest questions regarding snow conditions, weather, resort facilities, etc. while providing excellent customer service
  • Bus Hosts will also assist with Special Event functions that include Skier Receptions, Familiarization Tours, Promotional Evenings and events that are coordinated at the Lake Louise Ski Resort

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Customer service oriented
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work early morning shifts
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proven sales experience and responsible with money
  • Can work well in a team as well as independently
  • Ability to communicate with a broad range of individuals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
