The starting wage for this role is $20.00/hour.

When does this adventure begin?

This is a full-time seasonal position beginning immediately until November 29th, 2025.

What will you do in this job?

  • Oversee the sales of souvenirs, clothing, and activity bookings
  • Uphold our high standards of service, merchandising, and display
  • Supervision of staff, coordination of staff schedules, delegate duties as required
  • Understand performance targets / metrics, and drive the team towards achieving those targets and metrics
  • Ensure staff is completing all daily tasks
  • Hospitality champion- ensuring service is friendly, courteous, and professional
  • Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, the responsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash out forms
  • Keep the sales floor and storage areas clean and organized
  • Communicate with co-workers and management, forward observations and comments in a timely fashion
  • Assist in retail inventory duties, such as month end tasks and yearly inventory counts
  • Monitor security in the retail environment
  • Apply upselling and cross selling techniques to maximize the potential of staff incentives
  • Collect feedback forms from customers, answering the phone, facilitating efficient inventory management and movement
  • Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  • 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Strong problem solving, customer service, attention to detail, leadership and critical thinking
    skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
