ETYS Servers are responsible for taking food and beverage orders and efficiently delivering items to guests while ensuring a high-quality guest experience. They handle transactions, maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards, and assist guests promptly and professionally in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities * Promptly and warmly greet guests in one of our premium spaces; take food and beverage orders from guests in an efficient manner, following established steps of service * Deliver food and drink promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards. Follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests * Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions * Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly, and special requests are accommodated * Promptly address complaints or issues, relay relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor * Ensure that the premium areas are properly set up prior to and after the service period; keep the area clean and neat while meeting established sanitation standards * Collect payments from guests, ensuring all bills are closed to the proper tender * Work with staff of other departments to perform job duties during special events and functions * Comply to all Health and Safety Policies and procedures * Build relationships with guests * Adhere to uniform standards and job specific standard operation procedures Qualifications, Skills and Abilities * Previous experience in a similar role * A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure * Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment * You must have a valid ProServe * Exceptional communications skills and ability to get along well with others * Must be physically able to lift and transfer heavy, hot items, and stand/walk for majority of shift * Evening and weekend availability required

Requirements

Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role and possess a valid ProServe certification. The position requires the physical ability to lift heavy items and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
