Job Description ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services is growing and hiring a Housekeeping Trainer for a lodge near Fort McMurray, AB. The Housekeeping Trainer is responsible for the daily training, development, and mentorship to ensure efficient and effective work practices. This position supports onboarding, follow-up training, and ongoing employee development while working closely with Operations Managers to ensure departmental goals and service standards are achieved. The successful candidate will also assist with the day-to-day functions of the housekeeping department and help foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Successful candidates should have some experience in the remote or commercial industries. Comprehensive benefit packages are offered. Transportation is provided out of Edmonton, AB. Rotation is 20 days on site and 10 days off site. Please note all candidates considered for hire will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment D&A test and criminal background check. Job Responsibilities Lead safety-focused housekeeping training and onboarding. Partner with Operations to support daily objectives. Train associates on cleaning standards, PPE, chemicals, and equipment. Conduct inspections, track training records, and report deficiencies. Promote service excellence, compliance, and a positive work environment.
