HOURLY RATE-$23.27 FULL TIME HOURS: 5 shifts per week 8-hour shifts WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The Housekeeping Supervisor will inspire and engage employees to provide great experiences for guests, owners and employees. Using motivational leadership and open communication skills, a leader will motivate staff to meet and exceed service standards, and will promote a seamless, hassle-free guest experience, taking ownership of both the guest and employee experience. Taking ownership to ensure quality of room cleanliness, daily services, public space cleanliness, timely delivery of services, and anticipation of guest needs. Coaching and developing up to 25 Room Attendants through room audits, semi-annual performance appraisals, one-on one meetings, and regular communication, and recognition programs. Also includes daily leadership of Public Space teams. Promoting BMR Health and Safety standards and initiatives Leading daily briefings and team meetings WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? Minimum of 2 years previous Housekeeping or Hotel experience. Previous leadership experience with a proven record of successful conflict management and strong interactions with guests and employees. What you’ll do
The Housekeeping Supervisor leads and motivates a team of up to 25 Room Attendants to ensure high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public spaces. They are responsible for conducting audits, performance appraisals, and daily briefings to maintain a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 2 years of housekeeping or hotel experience and a proven track record in leadership and conflict management. Proficiency in MS Office is required, while knowledge of Property Management software is considered an asset.
