We are seeking a Concierge to join our Hospitality team, reporting to the Member Experience Manager. As a key point of contact for residents, members, visitors, and guests, the Concierge helps create a warm, professional, and seamless Allbright experience by responding to inquiries, coordinating requests, and supporting daily operations. Maintain the concierge and reception desk in accordance with Allbright brand and service standards. Welcome and acknowledge individuals entering the community and create a positive first impression. Respond to inquiries and provide information about amenities, services, events, local businesses, transportation options, and community resources. Assist with reservations, bookings, transportation arrangements, and other resident or member requests. Receive and coordinate packages, deliveries, messages, and correspondence. Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Process point-of-sale transactions accurately, where required. Coordinate service requests and follow up with the appropriate internal teams or service providers. Enter and track maintenance requests and ensure appropriate follow-through. Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, communications, and shift activities. Monitor building access and ensure that entry procedures are followed. Follow all safety, security, emergency, and building access procedures. Report safety, security, maintenance, or other concerns to the appropriate team member. Respond appropriately to emergencies and support the safety and well-being of residents, members, guests, and team members. Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to support a seamless and exceptional experience. About You In addition to placing high value on collaboration, accountability, and service excellence, you bring a welcoming, professional, and service-focused approach to creating positive first impressions. You take ownership of requests, follow through on commitments, and remain calm and organized while managing competing priorities you bring: A Grade 12 diploma or equivalent. A minimum of two years of experience in customer service, front desk, guest services, or concierge role. A warm, personable communicator who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and creating exceptional customer experiences. The ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team. The ability to learn, adopt, and use new technology and systems. A strong sense of accountability and ownership. Asset Qualifications The following would be considered assets, but are not required: Interest in or education related to Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in a hotel, residential, retirement living, club, customer service, or hospitality-based environment. Familiarity with point-of-sale, booking, visitor management, maintenance request, or customer relationship management systems. Experience helping coordinate reservations, transportation, events, or guest services. A willingness to learn, try new things, and contribute to a welcoming experience for residents, members, visitors, and guests.
