What you’ll do
- Welcome and onboard new employees while supporting them throughout their training period. - Conduct practical candidate evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Observe employees on the gaming floor and identify areas for improvement. - Provide coaching and ongoing development for existing table games staff. - Deliver training updates when procedures or game rules change. - Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service standards. - Act as a resource person for employees with questions regarding game rules and procedures. - Follow up after training to assess knowledge retention and successful integration. - Participate in the opening of new gaming locations or special events when required. - Travel to various locations across Québec to provide training and operational support. - Report any issues or situations requiring attention to management. - Perform all other duties related to the efficient operation of table games activities.
Requirements
- Available to attend mandatory paid full-time training (dates to be determined). - Experience in team leadership and customer service within customer experience-driven environments such as restaurants, bars, events, entertainment venues, hospitality, or similar industries. - Must be at least 18 years of age. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong mental math skills with a high level of accuracy. - Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
