You are empowered to create a warm, genuine, and personalized experience for our guests from the moment they arrive. Whether assisting with check-ins, handling special requests, or helping guests make the most of their stay, your goal is to make every interaction memorable. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Greet guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner * Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately * Make guest reservations and promote available packages or upgrades * Handle all forms of payments and maintain an accurate cash float * Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and care * Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest needs are met * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel layout, room types, and rate plans * Ensure guest safety and building security through adherence to procedures * Support additional front office or hotel operations as needed * Assist Valet team parking guest vehicles or assisting with luggage when needed JOB REQUIRMENTS: * Computer literacy Hotel * PMS experience an asset * Service oriented with an eye to supporting your internal guests * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment * Excellent verbal & written communication skills * Willingness to learn, develop & grow * Numerical acuity and high attention to detail * Comprehensive understanding of financial data, reporting, & basic arithmetic functions * Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift) * Professional presentation * Canadian Drivers Licence with a clean drivers abstract and reliable transportation * Must be willing to work holidays and weekends * Able to perform other duties as required * Lift up to 50 lbs At Crescent Hotels & Resorts, we strive to create a great place to work where associates at all levels of our organization are respected for their differences, just like the guests and owners we serve.
