What you’ll do

The Sous-Chef coordinates daily kitchen operations and supervises staff to ensure service quality and adherence to standards. They are responsible for preparing work schedules and overseeing the execution of various culinary tasks.

Requirements

Candidates must have a professional diploma in culinary arts or equivalent and 3 to 5 years of experience as a sous-chef in similar-sized hotels. Proficiency in classical and modern cuisine, banquet production, and personnel management in a unionized environment is required.
