Job summary

The banquet server is responsible for setting up and taking down banquet rooms and serving food and beverages to guests. They must also maintain clean tables and ensure high standards of guest service throughout corporate and social events.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least one year of serving experience, preferably within the hospitality or conference industry. A FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate is considered an asset, and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting 50 pounds is required.
