Support servers in managing busy service periods and guest requests. Provide training, guidance, and feedback to junior staff. Act as a point of escalation for guest concerns, ensuring professional resolution. Requirements Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a server, with proven supervisory or floor management responsibilities. Background working in international hotels, franchised chains, or busy restaurants (past or current experience accepted). Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple staff members. Hands-on experience with scheduling, supervising night operations, and enforcing service standards. Fluent in English (spoken and written), with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism. Strong knowledge of opening/closing procedures and restaurant operations. Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
