Dining Room Server

The DR Server is responsible for ensuring food is served in a courteous and efficient manner, following proper food handling practices; and sustaining The Berkeley properties at the highest level of cleanliness, ensuring exemplary service, in a courteous and efficient manner. Food Service: Serve meals in a courteous and efficient manner, providing exemplary customer service. Maintain knowledge of the menu, dietary restrictions, and available items. Strictly adhere to food and safety standards. Follow correct serving techniques for all types of food and beverage on the menu. Listen to and solicit resident feedback regarding their dining experience. Ensure serving areas, dining room, dishes, floors, etc. are cleaned and set to specific standards.

Responsible for serving meals to residents in a courteous manner while adhering to food safety standards. Additionally, performs cleaning duties in resident suites and throughout the building to maintain high cleanliness levels.

Requires the ability to provide exemplary customer service and follow strict safety and sanitation policies. Must be able to work cooperatively with other departments to support property operations.
