Manage, program and troubleshoot the POS System used in both outlets. Managing liquor costs and overall inventory with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Planning and overseeing the execution of special events. Addressing any elevated service issues promptly and efficiently, meeting, and exceeding guest expectations.
