Room Service Server

As a Room Service Server, you’ll be the friendly face delivering delicious food and beverages directly to our hotel guests. From taking orders to setting up in-room dining and ensuring everything is cleared promptly, you’ll play an important role in making every guest’s stay comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable. The Room Service Server is responsible for providing exceptional in-room dining service to hotel guests by taking, preparing, delivering, and clearing room service orders in a timely and professional manner. This role ensures a positive guest experience through attentive service, order accuracy, and adherence to food safety and hospitality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Take room service orders accurately using the hotel's online ordering platform, mobile devices, or telephone system. * Review and verify guest orders for accuracy and special requests. * Deliver food and beverage orders promptly to guest rooms while maintaining presentation standards. * Set up trays, tables, and service equipment in guest rooms as required. * Collect used dishes, trays, glassware, and service equipment from guest rooms and designated collection areas. * Process guest payments and obtain signatures when required. * Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service stations, carts, and storage areas. * Communicate effectively with kitchen, front desk, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. * Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and safety procedures. * Assist with other Food & Beverage operations as directed by management. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to use online ordering systems and mobile technology for order management. * Strong attention to detail and order accuracy. * Good time management and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to lift and carry food trays, carts, and supplies. * Previous hospitality, restaurant, or hotel experience is considered an asset. * Food Safe Certification preferred. * Able to obtain GPEB WHY JOIN US?
