Position Summary: The Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized guest service and supporting the seamless coordination of guest requests throughout the guest journey. Reporting to the Concierge Supervisor, this role serves as a key point of contact for guests seeking local recommendations, reservations, transportation arrangements, activity planning, special requests, and general resort information. The Concierge works closely with the Concierge Supervisor, internal departments, and external vendors to create memorable guest experiences while upholding Cabot’s luxury service standards. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service and respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for Cabot Revelstoke Mountain Lodge, Revelstoke Mountain Resort, and the surrounding destination Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, activity bookings, local recommendations, and special requests Support VIP arrivals, amenity coordination, celebrations, and personalized guest experiences as directed by the Concierge Supervisor Operations & Guest Request Coordination Support daily concierge operations by maintaining an organized, professional, and welcoming concierge area Coordinate accurately with internal departments and external vendors to fulfill guest requests in a timely manner Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort services, local dining, attractions, transportation options, events, and seasonal activities Follow up on guest requests to ensure completion, satisfaction, and clear communication between shifts Teamwork & Communication Report to the Concierge Supervisor and follow direction regarding daily priorities, guest needs, and service standards Communicate clearly with the Guest Services, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments Contribute to a positive, professional, and guest-focused team environment Follow company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements, and luxury service standards at all times Administrative & Reporting Maintain accurate records of guest requests, reservations, transportation arrangements, vendor confirmations, and follow-up details Complete logs, shift notes, and operational documentation accurately and on time Escalate guest concerns, service challenges, and operational updates to the Concierge Supervisor as required Support departmental organization, supplies, and information resources as needed Qualifications Previous experience in concierge, front office, guest services, reservations, or hospitality customer service within a hotel or resort environment preferred Valid BC Driver’s License, or willingness to acquire prior to commencement of employment, preferred Strong knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Revelstoke, Revelstoke Mountain Resort, local dining, activities, transportation, and seasonal experiences Comfortable handling guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery with professionalism and discretion Proficiency with hotel systems, reservation platforms, and basic computer applications is an asset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Skills & Competencies Guest-focused mindset with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences Strong local knowledge, curiosity, and ability to tailor recommendations to guest preferences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Ability to multitask, prioritize competing guest requests, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Benefits Complimentary Season’s Pass to Revelstoke Mountain Resort, providing access to world-class skiing and year-round mountain experiences Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision benefits following eligibility RRSP matching program after 6 months of employment Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a dynamic and expanding hospitality organization

Requirements
