Strive to minimize the amount of time customers are placed on hold. Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries. Communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner. Update dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis. Motor vehicle licensing administration. Vehicle inventory administration. Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management. What you need to succeed: Ideal candidates must be available to work the following shifts: Monday to Thursday 11:00 am - 8:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Strong oral and written communication skills. Minimum of 1-3 years administrative experience required Must be team oriented with a positive attitude Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently or as a part of a team. Strong computer skills; experience with Google drive is considered an asset. Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset. Job Type: Full-time - Permanent Compensation (expected hourly wage): $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
