Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of short order dishes efficiently and accurately
• Ensure all food is prepared according to safety and quality standards
• Serve customers promptly, maintaining excellent food handling practice
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
• Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency in food quality
• Adhere to food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred but willing to train.
• Familiarity with serving customers in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Strong teamwork skills with a focus on excellent customer service
