Pastry Cook ? Forno Cultura
At Forno Cultura, we craft traditional Italian baking with a modern, production-driven approach. We?re looking for a Pastry Cook who cares about quality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within a serious culinary team.
This is a hands-on role where you?ll be part of a team producing high-volume, high-quality Italian pastries daily?from laminated doughs to classic fillings and finishes.
What You?ll Do
- Prepare and execute daily pastry production (mixing, baking, assembling, finishing)
- Work collaboratively with the pastry team to meet production targets and quality standards
- Follow prep lists and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain consistency in product quality, presentation, and portioning
- Support development of new items and seasonal features
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and rotation (FIFO)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Restock and set up for subsequent shifts

- 1+ year of professional pastry or baking experience
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized under pressure
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Passion for pastry and interest in Italian baking traditions
- Ability to take direction and execute consistently
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
