About the role
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated kitchen team member to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role includes assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, stocking in-house products, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service.
In addition to kitchen duties, this position requires interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and supporting a positive guest experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong team player with previous kitchen experience and a solid understanding of food handling and preparation. You must be dependable, flexible with scheduling, and able to lift up to 40 lbs as part of regular duties.
A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment is essential, including strict adherence to health and safety standards in accordance with Ontario regulations. Candidates must have kitchen experience, and a valid Basic or Advanaced Food Safety Certificate.
This position is scheduled Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed. Time and a half is paid for Saturday work, and for double shifts worked.
