About the role

The Food Service Director is responsible for managing the daily operations of a single unit; this includes ensuring tasks are completed, scheduling staff, controlling costs, resolving issues or complaints, and managing personnel.

Ensure the smooth daily operation of food services by engaging the team, delegating effectively, and delivering an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service Manage costs rigorously to meet and maintain budgetary targets Provide exemplary customer service by responding promptly to requests, resolving issues, and turning complaints into opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards, and take proactive measures to maintain adherence Inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve objectives and foster a positive, high-performing work environment

Role

Do you think you are the ideal candidate to become one of our Food Service Directors? Here is how we will know you will succeed in this role:

3 years of experience in food services, hospitality, or customer service Experience in team management and supervision Excellent customer service skills Basic knowledge of finance and budgeting Strong organizational, prioritization, and leadership skills Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both French and English. Proficiency in English is required to communicate daily with head office, partners, assigned suppliers operating at a national level, and sponsors. Bilingual French and English
