If you are committed to providing exceptional customer service and want to join a team that shares this common goal, Delta is presently seeking a Guest Service Agent & Night Audit. Job Description Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Guest Services Agent will work closely with their team to provide courteous and professional service to guests during their stay. What you will be doing as a Guest Service Agent/Night Audit: Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company and brand standards; Anticipate and address guests' service needs; Maintain a high level of professionalism and morale in the front office; Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests and secure payment for all guestrooms and amenities; Communicate guests’ needs to all appropriate departments; Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery to guests; Run and check daily reports, contingency lists, and credit card authorization reports; Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns; Follow up to ensure each has been met to guests' satisfaction; Follow company policies and procedures; Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; Attend all scheduled shifts, including shift work and weekend work in accordance with the schedules; Handling cash and credit card transactions; Creating accurate reservations; Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk; Clear and concise pass-on communication with colleagues and leaders in the department; Balancing front office and food & beverage daily postings and preparing necessary audit; paperwork; Completing all “End of Day” activities; Preparing and distributing daily reports for various departments; Ensuring guest safety and security; Such other similar or related duties may be required from time to time. Your experience and skills include: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front-line customer service environment; Has previous guest experience / front Desk experience is a strong asset; Has a positive attitude with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service; Ability to process all guest check-ins and check-outs; Answer and accurately record guest calls, requests, and questions.
