Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Conduct performance reviews. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Flexibility. Organized. Reliability. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers . Supports for visible minorities: Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees. Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
