About the role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Take, cancel and change room reservations. Register arriving guests and assign rooms. Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. Resolve complaints and claims . Investigate complaints and claims . Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for persons with disabilities: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees .
