The job involves:

• Greeting and seating guests in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Monitoring traffic flow and informing guests of the approximate waiting time
• Ensuring guests are provided with the highest level of service and making decisions pertaining to the betterment of the guest’s experience
• Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 1 year experience in food & beverage
• Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin an asset
• Smart Serve certification
• Exceptional guest service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
