What You’ll Do

Restaurant & Bar Operations

• Oversee liquor purchasing and seasonal menu updates
• Lead product knowledge sessions and support sales incentive programs
• Plan team events and recognition initiatives
• Maintain high standards across all F&B programs
• Ensure daily bar operations run smoothly
• Drive sales through upselling, premium offerings, and staff training
• Plan and host events and fundraisers
• Communicate service standards clearly and consistently
• Assist with scheduling and labour management
• Manage cash control procedures and food safety protocols
• Oversee FOH supply and liquor ordering
• Complete monthly inventory counts
• Support marketing and social media initiatives
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service requests
• Assist in payroll approval and operational checklists

Team Member Development

• Support recruiting, training, and supervising team members
• Motivate and lead with a strong team focus
• Conduct both formal and informal performance reviews
• Help develop and deliver HR and culture-related projects

Guest Experience

• Train team members to exceed guest expectations
• Act on customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently
• Ensure bar and restaurant service standards are consistently upheld

What You Bring

• In-depth F&B knowledge and a passion for ongoing learning
• Experience with Liquor/Food Primary licensed venues
• 2+ years of high-volume serving or bartending
• FOH management experience is an asset
• FoodSafe & Serving It Right certifications
• Computer proficiency (Squirrel, Moneris, MS Windows, 7shifts)
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Event planning or social media marketing interest a plus
• Reliable, positive, and thrives in fast-paced settings
