About the Role The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the leadership and performance of all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, lounge, banquet, and catering activities. Qualifications Qualifications 3–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams Strong understanding of food, beverage, labour, and inventory cost management Experience driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible liquor service regulations Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality operating systems Valid ProServe and Food Safe certifications (or ability to obtain) Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management, Business, Culinary Arts, or a related field is considered an asset Compensation: · $50,000 to $55,000 per year · Bonus and incentive plan · Complimentary Meals · Comprehensive Company Benefit Plan · Company Sponsored RSP Plan · Growth & Advancement Opportunities
